Our Story

The Forge was created by Conor Sadler with a simple belief:

If we want a stronger, more united Britain, it starts with stronger individuals.

After years of watching standards slip, motivation fade, and people lose pride in themselves, Conor saw a growing need for a space where discipline, character, and personal responsibility could be rebuilt. Not through speeches or slogans, but through action.

Goals

The Forge is a community built to help people:

Strengthen their body

Sharpen their mind

Rebuild their confidence

Restore their sense of pride and purpose

Create a positive example for the next generation

Our Mission and Values

Strengthen Your Body

Self-discipline

Strength is the foundation of discipline. In The Forge, physical training isn’t about vanity, it’s about becoming capable, resilient, and prepared for life’s challenges. When your body is strong, every part of your life improves: your energy, your habits, your standards, and your ability to lead by example.

Sharpen Your Mind

Empowerment

A strong mind is built, not born. Through mindset training, challenges, and structured learning, The Forge helps you develop focus, clarity, and discipline. This is where you learn to control your thoughts, break weak habits, and build a mindset that can withstand pressure and push you forward.

Restore
Pride & Purpose

Promoting British Culture

A strong nation begins with individuals who value their roots, their standards, and their shared identity. The Forge exists to help people reconnect with the qualities that once shaped proud, united communities, discipline, duty, resilience, and respect. By strengthening ourselves, we help restore a culture built on pride in who we are and how we live.

Become a Role Model for the Next Generation

Positive Impact

The youth of Britain need examples worth following. By working on yourself, your actions, habits, discipline, and character you become someone others can learn from. The Forge is built to create individuals who elevate their homes, their communities, and everyone around them simply through the standard they set.
